The Learning Teaching Training  Activity (LTTA) for Job Coaches  for  SYMPATIC Project is in progress online. The training activity takes  place on the 4th 5th and 6th of May 2021. During the activity the participants will be presented the  phases of job coaching during mobility actions, the competence s that a Job  Coach need to have and the use of social media and the impact of the use the social media has on the participants in the mobility .

During the activity there are many practical exercises with the use of the digital technology. @EDITC is present in this activity with three participants.
