The IO will develop a certification scheme based on standard ISO 17024 “Conformity Assessment – General Requirements for bodies operating certification of persons”, in order to give an extra qualification to persons / trainers who attend the trainings.
The target groups will be VET trainers from the participated VET providers. The candidates will be assessed on the required knowledge, skills and competences, using tools that will be developed for certification. Therefore it is noted that the learning outcomes that the online platform must achieve will be explicit and will be composed as an activity of the online platform. The certification scheme need to be adapted to these learning outcomes.
For the certification of persons different online assessment tools will be developed within the project in the form of multiple choice questionnaires and case studies(e.g. what are the CoVIR tools that trainers would you use to present a specific topic inside the VR collaborative environment). The possibility to use the CoViD VR platform for live assessment insteadof a written case study will be considered and discussed with VET partners
