The result includes the development of training in the work environment, cascading, flexible learning paths, activating didactic methods, modern, innovative methods teaching taking into account the specifics of Waste Management Sector. The emphasis will be put on the individualization of training, active and practical learning methods, solutions in organization and didactics.

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly affected society, the economy and millions of people around the globe. There is an urgent need to provide unique support across Europe to students, entrepreneurs and innovators dedicated to developing innovative solutions to societal challenges. This output aims to create training materials for the courses and boost learning outcomes through the use of interactive digital technologies. IO4 will include activities that after the development will be piloted in the second year of the project. The training materials will provide know-how based learning from European experiences.
