This Output aims at develop the guidance of Didactic Methodology describing how to implement the complete learning path using i-Career. In the beginning, at the end of the course, as well as during it each participant: fills in questionnaires and/ or inquiries, so that the labour officers could follow his/her development. The course consists of individual meetings and meetings in groups. Professional consultants are envisaged to help the participants in the course to achieve best results and at the end of it to be able to search for and find a suitable job. The important milestones in the learning path are: - An orientation period. During the orientation period the participants will attend diagnosis group meeting and will receive individual counselling sessions. The orientation period will provide the basic knowledge and skills for successful job finding and educational supplementary courses. -
