To ensure the comprehensiveness of the project learning tools for personal and professional development of youth workers will be released. The tools will endorse innovative approaches such as positive education, positive psychology and Eco-centric development and will be available as an interactive resource on the platform.

The results will be formalized in Manual and will be available for free use by youth workers through Internet access. This result is relevant with the second objective of the project “to develop methodologies tools for personal and professional development of the youth workers”

The tools will be designed on the methods of non-formal learning and interactive teaching and based on the results of the research to the needs of youth workers (RES1) and the methodology developed (RES2). These Educational tools will be specific and concrete and will aim at enhancing skills (6 already defined and 4 more after research) of the youth workers to improve the quality of their work
